Policies

Booking and Payment:

1. Age Requirement: The minimum age to place a booking is 27 years old.

2. Proof of ID: Valid ID proof for every guest staying at the flat is mandatory to finalize the booking.

3. Reservation: A deposit amounting to 50% of the total stay cost is required to confirm a booking.

4. Balance Payment: The remaining balance, due 7 days prior to the check-in date, will be collected automatically. Bookings made within 7 days require full payment.

5. Payment Method: All payments, including deposits and additional charges, will be processed securely via Stripe.

Card Payment Policies:

1. Accepted Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

2. Payment Authorization: By providing card details, guests authorize the property to charge the card for the booking amount. The cardholder must be one of the guests on the booking.

3. Transaction Security: All card transactions are securely processed and encrypted using Stripe.

4. Refunds: Refunds are processed back to the original card used and may take up to 10 business days to reflect, depending on the card provider.

Deposit Policy:

1. Deposit Requirement: A £200 deposit is mandatory to secure and confirm a reservation.

2. Purpose: This deposit guards against damages, excessive cleaning, or other incidental charges.

3. Refundable Deposit: Post check-out, deposits are refundable, barring any damages or additional charges. Detailed invoices will be provided for any deductions.

4. Insufficient Deposit: If charges surpass the deposit, guests will be billed for the additional amount.

5. No Show: In the event of a no-show, the deposit is forfeited.

Cancellation and Refunds:

1. Refundable Cancellations: For a full refund, minus an administrative fee, cancel more than 30 days before check-in.

2. Partial Refunds: Cancellations 15-30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund.

3. No Refunds: Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Safety:

1. Guest Verification: For security purposes, only guests who have provided valid ID proof are allowed to stay.

2. Emergency Exits: Familiarize yourself with the nearest exits upon arrival.

3. First Aid: A first-aid kit is provided. Kindly inform us if items are used.

4. Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are permitted inside for security purposes.

5. Fire Safety: No smoking or open flames inside.

6. Property Security: Always lock doors and windows when leaving or before sleeping.

Complaints:

1. Reporting Issues: Address any dissatisfaction immediately for prompt resolution.

2. Feedback: Post-stay feedback helps improve our services.

3. Resolution: We aim to settle complaints during the stay. If unresolved, complaints can be emailed within 14 days of check-out.

House Rules:

1. No parties or events allowed.

2. No smoking allowed. 

3. No pets allowed. 

4. No unregistered guests allowed. 

5. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 

6. Please respect the noise curfew.

7. Please respect check-in and check-out times. 

8. Please take extra care of your keys. 

9. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of £50. 

10. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 

11. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

12. Please do your dishes. 

13. Please take the trash out before you leave. 

14. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.


By confirming a booking, guests accept and agree to these policies.
